Practice Series: New Year Reset

How can you create meaningful change in a way that celebrates self-growth and self-compassion, effort and ease? It starts with a commitment to take consistent action, and this New Year Reset is designed to help you just that. This series marries the physical and philosophical practices of yoga, the science of behavior change, and the support of a consistent community.
The 8-week program includes the following:
Live Zoom classes (60 minutes of physical practice + 15 minutes of optional sharing/discussion)
Recordings available (if you miss Zooming in live, or want to repeat the practice throughout the week)

Nicci Micco (500-RYT) is a yoga teacher with a master’s degree in nutrition, focused in behavior change. As a health journalist and content creator, she has architected lifestyle programs to help people live healthier, happier lives. Nicci often leads workshops about the power of storytelling; the intersection of technology and behavior change; and the impact of goal-setting, intentional environments, and social support on well-being and growth. Nicci’s also a mom to two teenagers, a runner, a mediocre snowboarder, and semi-professional pizza maker.
